Pricing made simple
Fees are simple, transparent, and personalised to you. Tenants remain responsible for any damages or unpaid amounts that De-Posit settles on their behalf — and the Monthly Service Fee is not an insurance premium or a deposit instalment. It is simply the cost of using De-Posit instead of paying a large cash deposit upfront.

These are not routine monthly costs. They apply only when De-Posit must intervene for defaults, claims, recovery actions, or dispute handling.
These fees reflect the reasonable administrative, processing, and operational costs incurred by De-Posit in managing defaults and recovery actions.
Permitted Charges are amounts the Tenant owes the Landlord under the Lease Agreement — such as damages, unpaid rent, or utilities — and are limited to the Billing Authorisation Value. If any amount owed to De-Posit remains unpaid, interest accrues at the prime lending rate of De-Posit's principal bank plus 2% per annum, calculated daily and compounded monthly. Bank charges, legal recovery costs, and third-party debt collection fees may also apply in such circumstances. De-Posit will always seek to resolve matters without reaching this point. Fee adjustments are communicated with at least 30 days' notice.
